This is a very consistently great Bojangles. I do not eat fast food unless it?s Bojangles because it?s the only one worth it to... me. Some of the other Bojangles in the area have really gone downhill, but not this one. The employees here are always courteousand get my order right. The quality of the food here is always good. This is the first time I have ever commented on a dining experience, this Bojangles was VERY disappointing. The restaurant does... not provide self serve drinks, when I went to ask for a refill not one of the at least 4 employees would acknowledge that me. Ihad at least two employees walk right past me. The employee working the front end spoke to the man next to me then she walkedpast me. I ended up just leaving after waiting an extended period of time. This restaurant was not busy only two other tableswere occupied. Also, about 2/3 of the tables were dirty at 3:45 on a Sunday afternoon. I am very disappointed. Read more
I was met with kindness by the gentleman at the register. My order was ready quickly and served to me fresh and hot. The dining... room was spotless with all the necessary condiments and utensils were fully stocked and easily accessible. I might add that thisis a privately owned store that I have been going to for years and they always surpass the corporate owned restaurants. Read more
Waiting in drivethur line forever,the girl at the window taking orders and your money was not a pleasant person at all,she never... said thank you or have a good day or anything, she just act like she hated being there! It was good. Dining room as of today was not open for eating in, but you can order at the counter and have a car picnic.... Restrooms are also available. My favorite thing is that the person taking the order repeats it into a microphone to broadcast itto the back old school, like on Lavern and Shirley?s ?Betty pickup? episode. Service was fast. Worst service, ordered two 3 piece dinners. We only got 2 pieces of chicken, 1 side and NO BISCUITS. And got charged for two 3... piece dinners. Bojangles has fallen in their quality and service. Read more
We were traveling and we stopped to eat. The dining room was closed. I asked if it was due to covid or something. Every city... and state has their own reasons. The cashier told us it was due to low staff. They appeared to have enough employees to runthat location as the cashier pointed out. I asked if we could set at a table and we would clean up ourself. She said that themanager didn't want to deal with it so no. We didn't want to eat our chicken in our car so we sat on the sidewalk outside. Iordered a 2 piece white meat meal and got 2 thighs instead. Also when the customers before us tried to order they only chickenavailable was spicy. The cashier told them to go to zaxbys. Read more
