I'm usually very picky so I hesitated for this 5 ???? but they really do deserve it. It was on St Jean Holiday so no staff. The... only employee there was doing everything I think but he was so friendly and had GREAT social skills, connecting with us andchatting. I wish we had servers like him in Montreal. I was skeptical about the food too as I don't like chain restaurants but Iwas nicely surprised by the choices and taste. I had Mexican "frites" and it was delicious. Like nachos with French friesinstead of tostitos. I highly recommend it if you're not a meat eater. Read more

Food was good and just what you expect with Boston Pizza but the service was terrible. Took close to 15 minutes to get served,... the guy that arrived after me and sat at the table next to me was served before me. Once the waitress arrived I ordered a drinkand my meal and never saw the waitress again as she was too busy hanging out with her friends. I would have enjoyed a secondbeer... I won't be back. Don’t waste your time or money. Found a hair in my food, waiter simply removed a beer from my total, being happy hour 2 for 1... didn’t make much sense. After mentioning that, he removed the meal from my total but should I not have needed to ask. Nexttime in town, it’ll be a hard pass for me. Read more
My take-out order was made on-time, but looking very sad. They just taste like chicken nuggets with no flavour at all. They look... as though they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a very long time... I've lived in 4 provinces, each with their own Bostonpizza, and have never encountered something that looked so unappetizing. Read more
This place is new and I believe replaces the old Restaurent Tendance that was in the hotel previously! The decor is very nice... and the place is spacious. Had the house red wine found it was a good for a house wine had a second glass. Ordered thefettuccine with marinara sauce and meat balls added to the dish! The fettuccine was good but the meat ball extremely tasteless.When are they going to learn that a meatball cannot be o my meat and add some bread crumbs, Romano, egg and spices to make afluffy tasty meatball and not a hard chewy tasteless piece of rubber. I visited this Boston pizza as part of my stay at Delta Hotel. Service: 5/5. The waitress was so kind and focused on making the... visit worth. She went beyond her duty. Food: 5/5. Best Boston Pizza food I have ever eaten. My kid had the pizzaghetti and itwas great, I ordered a chicken sandwich and it has been the best I have tried. Also, the portions were generous. Ambience:5/5. Convenience: 5/5. A couple of steps away from the hotel elevator. I also went for breakfast buffet before leaving thehotel and the experience was as good as dinner. I hope I am able to return to Saguenay and try it again. Read more
