It's hard to get enough help these days but the dedicated few who do and try make a good experience are to be thanked and... rewarded accordingly. its difficult to have to do the work of two or more people by yourself! Our waitress was really nice and we were seated as quickly as possible like we were walking to the table while they were... finishing up cleaning which I really apprciated because don't like standing for extended periods of time, it hurts my back. The absolute worst experience I have had at Applebee's ever. Waited for a while for drinks for just part of us. Then waited... forever for food to waiting on drink refills. People that set after us got their food and ate and was leaving before we evenreceived our appetizers. After 2 1/2 hours of being at the restaurant we had to wait longer just to get our bank cards back sowe could leave. Not even an apology or anything. I can guarantee we will go somewhere else next time my family comes down to eatwith us. Read more
So so. Went for the promo to add shrimp for $1. Server offered grilled as a choice, but failed to tell us about upcharge for... that. Lots of hidden upcharges, be ware. Restroom was unusually Hot (nothing better than a steamy poo room). Going past kitchenon the way to bathroom is also a BAD choice. First customers of the day and food was splattered on walls. Obviously been there awhile. Also 'tacky' floors all through dining room. This place needs some deep cleaning! Read more
Wonderful service and very tasty food.
Came to Applebee's for dinner with a colleague on a Sunday. At 7pm there were plenty of available tables. We chose steak... sandwich with fries, and chicken breast with mash. Food didn't take long, with a Belgian beer it was pretty perfect. Friendlyservice too,nothing fancy, but a good meal at a reasonable price. Read more
We came later at night when it wasn't as busy so that was nice. Food was excellent and great server. The best part was somehow... my credit card got left behind, but when I called the next day, they had found it so I could quickly come & pick it up. Normally the food isn't the best here but tonight it was on spot. Ordered bourbon chicken and it was soo good and melted in my... mouth. Will definitely order this again. The waitress was so nice and sweet and made our late night dinner even better. Read more
