Looks like what happened to my family happens a lot. We placed an order online only to find out that they had not and would not... make the order, because they decided to stop making food before they closed. Oh, and they can't issue a refund. Oh, and doingthat online requires submitting a support request. This is what happens when you don't focus on the customer and let childrenrun locations. You lose customers. Forever. Read more

Friendly service and the best pretzels ever!
Had the Turkey roll-up today and it was DELICIOUS! It was baked all the way through, dough was nice and crisp on the top without... being burned. The cheese was nicely melted. The customer service was great. Highly recommend. Most pretzels are made to order sobe patient. The owner/manager does a great job training her employees. Read more
Google says they close at 9 so i put my order in at 6:50 my delivery driver got there at 7:05 and they said they cant make my... order because they close at 7 sorry about your Luck i put my order in before closing so you should make it but no your going totake the easy way out and close early so forget this place.... There is no obvious store. I don't even thing there was a auntie Ann's store.
Waited very patiently at the register to order while waiting on the young man he was obviously making more pretzels and we... weren?t in a hurry. But when he finally got to the register he was hateful almost seemed aggravated we were still at the counterwe told him what we would like and he handed us 1 of the 2 items and I politely reminded him about the second item and heblurted out ?I know?.
