So I haven't gone to burger King in a while and this is my favorite place for my cheese burgers. But my experience through the... drive through this time was horrible. I waited for 10 min just to pull up to order and then even then I was asked to waitlonger. While placing my order I was asked several times to repeat myself. I then asked for pricing and was again told to wait.This took a total of 10 min just for a kids cheeseburger meal. Then I pull up to the window where I was expecting a 5 ish dollarcharge after tax. I was then told that it was a 70 cent upcharge for a Dr. Pepper with my kids meal. But it says on the board inback. Your choice of side and drink with treat. After I pay I was then asked to pull forward to wait more. I was then greetedabout 2 minutes after for my drink but then waited again for my food. After about 10 min of waiting a gentleman brought out myfood. He said cheeseburger kids meal and grabbed the corner of the bag and flung the bottom of the bag as if he was throwing itat me. I'm sure he let go and if I didn't grab it. It would of hit the side of my car. By the time I grabbed it and looked up hehad already turned around to go back inside. There was no have a great day no pleasant greeting the whole time. I was very upsetthis time. And usually kids meals come with a cookie and I did not get that. Also the fries were fresh but not salted at all.They were very bland. I also asked for extra ketchup on my burger and it was not. It was normal. Burger King used to be good, but something changed a little over a decade ago as the food is just terrible. The fries have... never been good, no matter how many times they say they have changed it. I tried the spicy ch'king sandwich and it was probablyone of the worst chicken sandwiches from a fast food chain. For one, it was not spicy at all, and the too much sauce was puton. The bun on these sandwiches are too big and when you bit in, you are mostly getting bread. Either the portion of thechicken has to increase or they need to use a thinner bun. I ordered an classic chicken sandwich meal for 9.01. The onion rings tasted like they were a day old the lettuce on the... sandwich was dirty and wilted and the drink was pure carbonated water. i was the only person in line so the excuse of being toobusy to notice the quality of the food is not fitting. restaurant workers are sick of being treated poorly BUT the customers arealso sick of being RIPPED OFF! when the customer complains they are treated as if they have done something wrong. You peoplethink you deserve more money ...I think customers deserve quality food for the OUTRAGEOUS PRICES WE PAY! Read more

This store does 1 at a time in the drive thru. Car in front places order drives around pays waits for there food, then gets... there food. Then my order is taken I drive around pay wait for my food etc. This is not how you run a drive thru. I willingto bet this stores sales are not good and this is why. Not to mention they didn't get my order right. This is the last time Igot to this Burger King. Read more
Basic burger king location. They work people through their lines quickly and the staff was courteous. A few times they have been... out of whoppers due to the pandemic and meat shortages. Prefer this to MickyDees! Read more
