This Chick-Fil-A location is amazing! The staff are kind and happy(as Chick-Fil-A staff normally are), really hospitable and... very genuine. The food was served in record time and was beautifully prepared and packaged. The restaurant was also very cleanand inviting. The lighting is warm here, and I could see employees cleaning and keeping things in working order. If I didn?tlive so far away from this location, I would definitely apply for a job here. 15/10!!! I have loved this companies food for 30 years, when the only location in Joplin was the local mall. To this day I think they... have just about the best chicken sandwich I have ever eaten, and they always make it the way I order, with extra pickles. Thislocation has recently remodeled, and the changes are good. The dining room is smaller now, but they have added a turnstyle typeapproach to ordering which I'm sure is beneficial during peak business, when in the past ordering has been a bit of afree-for-all. I was extremely impressed and pleased to see a more diversified group of employees faces, and every one delivers atop-notch customer experience. For many years I have been a fan of Chick-fil-a's superior approach at training kind, courteous,friendly staff. I can not think of a single time when an employees service was less than stellar. This location does anextremely high volume of business, and the company has refined their drive thru service, in my opinion, to perfection. It is themost efficient fast food service I have ever seen. Even in long lines I have never had to wait more than five minutes, and myorder has never been wrong or less than the best quality. The only negative thing I could say about the company is they made ahuge error in taking their carrot raisin salad off the menu. I understand it may not have been an item that sold well, but itwas so different from standard side items, and I truly miss it. Read more
