Wish I had taken pictures! It was all so yummy. Just ordered the regular pancakes they are truly the best!! They taste like... funnel cakes. Just my opinion! AND I FORGET HOW GREAT THE STORE IS. A little bit of everything for everybody! Next year I mightstop here first for my Christmas shopping. . Started my Christmas shopping early this year went to Cracker Barrel. My wife and I had the meatloaf lunch special. The meatloaf was very good, great flavor. Mashed potatoes with gravy and fried... okra!!!! YUM...YUM...!!! The service was awesome. It was a bit busy and we only had to wait around 5 minutes. The staff arevery pleasant and attentive. We always enjoy eating great home style cooking never had a problem or bad food there. I have not been a fan of Cracker Barrel in the past. Seems like they never pass up opportunity to mess up my order. No matter... what I order they seem to always get something wrong. So I stopped going for a long time. Well, I gave it another try as I waswith a group that wanted Cracker Barrel breakfast. I will say, it was good and they got everything right. I had the double meatbreakfast, no complaints. The bacon was fried right, the eggs were right and the breakfast biscuits were perfect. I also had aside of grits and they were great too. Server was so friendly and we didn't have to wait for refills. They were busy but thefood was cooked quick and it was fresh. If I have another good visit I will add another star for sure. Read more

It had been 15 years since I had visited a Cracker Barrel and it looks like i will be keeping that choice of not eating here.... When we visited it was busy and we ordered a sirloin steak and fried chicken both with house salads. I like my salads early likean appetizer so my food is still warm. The salad came out with the food and the wrong dressing so our food began to cool whilewe waited for the correct dressing. My sirloin steak was ordered medium rare and on one end it was but due to it only being 1/2"thick, the other end was well done. As my girlfriend ate her mashed potates there was a hair cooked into the potates. When theserver was notified she apologized but didnt remove the plate that caused my guest to now lose her appetite. Manager was verybusy but did stop by and offered to comp the plate. My girlfriend hoped I would have a better experience as she loves crackerbarrel but unfortunately she has no interest in returning now as well. Read more
