The food was delicious! I ordered the chicken addiction bowl and loved it! Our server had several tables but was still able to... make sure we got refills before having to ask. I am big on customer service and was a waitress for several years and would giveher a 10/10. People are always quick to complain but never give good reviews when their experience was good so I always makesure to give credit where credits due. When all else is full, there is Dennys. They didn't have many people there at the time we went. The cook made my husband's steak... to order. He wanted spaghetti and meatballs with cottage cheese. But those are no longer on the menu. From the servers theysaid many people ask about spaghetti and meatballs. It is kid friendly. There is handicap parking available. And there is aconvenience store and gas station. It even has Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. You know, the big ones with cream cheese frosting. Plusit's a truck stop so there are lots of truck stuff that's even good for cars and souvenirs if your traveling. Staff wasfriendly. Priced not too expensive. Clean. The Cali Club sandwich was very good. I got it w/o Advocato and lettuce.The fries were good also just seemed like a small... portion. The waitress was very pleasant although it did take about 10 minutes to get my to go order put in. The 1st guy thatcame to the register said he would be right back to take my order but didn't ever come back. The 2nd person looked over me andoffered to set a couple that came in. Finally the 3rd person took my order and she was polite and apologized for the wait. Itold her it wasn't her fault and I appreciated that although she was busy she didn't overlook me and didn't not come back so Ileft her a good tip. Guess the other 2 lost out. Just goes to show don't ignore customers or not come back you may lose out on agood tip. Read more
Food was good, but service sucks. Waitress asked about drinks, and was twice told two coffees. However, she acted like she... never heard, both times. I was at the Flying J Travel Center for my 10 hours reset as a Professional Truck Driver, got a hot shower here and also some... hot food as it was a snowy and wet Saturday outside. While at the restaurant I had the pleasure to have Kristina W. as mywaiter. Kristina was so pleasant and just smiling while taking my order. I ordered on of the skillet dine in meal and anothermeal to go for later while on the road. The food as usual was delicious and Kristina kept coming back to ensure I was enjoyingmy meal and ok and if I needed anything else. Kristina impressed me a lot for her efficient, excellent and professional serviceand for her amazing and awesome hospitality. Now this is the kinda food you dream about, caramel with shortbread pieces laced in vanilla all mixed in with the best fluffy... pancakes. Yes please.
