I've only eaten at Jimmy's Egg a couple of times. Both times I was in between paychecks and hungry, but short on funds. I was... still given excellent service even though on the first occasion I had to pay in change, and the second all I could get was thefree pancakes I got for downloading the app. Neither one of the servers made me feel unwelcome or embarrassed because of mycircumstances. I was grateful for their understanding attitude and willingness to treat my like someone with no money problems.In my opinion that sort of kindness isn't the norm, but should be, and both of them deserve raises. Excellent food, great service. Clean and in a great location
Bad day to go there. Seemed short staffed. We waited 45mins for our food and only 1 refill on our coffee. When it did get to us... one of the orders was wrong. Our server became really agitated and rude. I understand the server was stressed, but there was noneed to take it out on the customer. The server did correct the mistake and gave us a discount, but by then no one at our tablehad an appetite, so we paid and left. I understand being stressed, short staffed and trying to do the best you can, but don'ttake it out on the customer. Always excellent food and service. I've been to several restaurants lately where I feel rushed to eat and leave. It was nice to... be able to sit, have a meal, have a pleasant waitress who was kind and patient yet attentive. No pushing if you want a leftoverbox, or to pay. Have always just gone for lunch, but honestly thinking of skipping the fancier chain restaurants down the streetand trying lunch soon. I always leave satisfied with food and service here. On the way to Webb City and stopped for breakfast at Jimmy's Egg whilst waiting for nearby sports store to open. My waitress... Terri was very friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain for me the US terminology for different types of fried egg, itmust have worked as mine were just how I wanted them. I opted for the biscuits with English muffin, huge portion, set me up forthe day. Very busy, but lots of staff so there was nothing more to want. Well worth a visit. Read more

Absolutely recommend coming in to eat. The servers are amazing, cooking is fantastic and the atmosphere is superb. My Fiance and... I had an amazing breakfast! Everything was out in great time, tasting so good, just couldn't set down the fork. Portions werebeyond great, couldn't even finish my plate. Read more
