The person working behind the counter was friendly, but that's about as good as it gets. The bathrooms make me feel as I need to... go and get tested, the fountain machine doesn't work, the gas pumps are from the early 90s and the parking lot needs completelyredone. Demolish and try again Kum & Go. Read more
The guy at the counter was really nice, unfortunately the men's bathroom was pretty gross and the faucet would barely put out... more than a trickle, so it took forever to get my hands washed (especially with the sensor on the automatic sink not workingvery well either). This location's been here a long time and could use a remodel in the near future, but I doubt corporate isinterested though as it's on the rougher side of town. Read more
Each Kum & Go that I've experienced (since COVID19) have respected Social Distancing Standards, Employees have been masked with... some wearing gloves as well. Of course there's been some form of a short line to enter the building because of the currentcapacity distancing restrictions and recommendations. This particular Kum & Go is always clean, quick and well stocked forimmediate shopping needs. Read more

It sucked I am from out of town the shorter heavy set guy with curly hair is the rudest person I have ever met in my life........ On his phone not attentive, to the store or customers.... Very non social and RUDE... Why is he working in customer service??Representing Kum & Go store. He needs a different job asap... Poor poor fellow...I wld give this store a --infinity ifpossible!! This specific location is no longer a Kum & Go. All but two Kum & Go's in the Joplin area are now White Oak Station. Expect... higher prices than what Kum & Go had. Read more
