Service was prompt. Had cuson pizza orders and was made fresh and fast! Store appeared clean.
Ordered online. Order was $52. Told to pick up in 20 minutes. Waited 20 min. Drove to location which is 2 miles away. When... arrived, order not in portal. Stood in line for an additional 4 minutes. Was told at the counter that they needed 5 moreminutes. Went outside to smoke a cigarette. Returned 7 minutes later to find 2 other different customers fighting to get theirorders right. I was then told they needed an additional 3 minutes on my order. Once they put my order on the counter, theyexplained that they were out of sausage, onions, bell peppers & that my $10 Ultimate only had pepperoni, mushrooms & beef. Itlooked like they put mushrooms & beef on a classic pepperoni that had been in the hot box. Both of my wing orders were incardboard boxes & had been sitting on the front counter this entire 13 minutes. The other 3 pizzas were dead pizzas they hadsitting in the hot box that should not even had been sold. The Italian cheese bread was hard and cold to the touch as well asbeing brown, not golden. They offered about 10 "I'm sorry"s and a free crazy bread. When I got to my family's house, I literallyhad to cut the rubbery pizzas because they didn't. I was so upset that the 7 of us could barely eat 2 slices a piece. I threwthe rest in the trash and will never return to this location. Extremely disappointed and upset about yet another establishmentfalling short on the promise made to the customer but not doing anything to make it right. Don't bother ordering on line atLittle Caesar's because it means absolutely nothing. Your wait time will be the same, your order will be inaccurate and becauseyou paid on line, the store employees can't refund your money. Read more
It's funny how chain restaurants have such a variance between locations. This location used to really struggle with quality.... There was a competitor slightly closer to our house where we got pizza all the time. When they closed, I took a chance on thislocation, and wow, they are really great! The pizza is always perfect and they are super friendly and hard-working. This is mynew favorite go-to when I just don't have it in my to cook. Read more
