I went in the afternoon around 3:15 PM and I paid almost $20 for a happy meal and a value meal for myself with a Burger and... fries. I was even asked to pull forward and to a reserved space to wait for my Burger even though there wasn't anybody behind mein the line and the drive-through. When they brought my food out to me the fries were obviously cooked more than half an hourprior to my arrival and they were stale and terrible. It should not be a practice to give away food that you can obviously seeis old and needs to be discarded especially when people are paying full price for that item and it would be the same as if youhad just cooked it for them in the moment. I am not a fan of McDonald's as an adult but loved it as a kid. The food is good for what it is but too greasy. The service was... great and the facility was mostly clean. We came in with a big group and got our food pretty quick. Read more

The 2701 S Main, Joplin, MO location is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The food is most generally served... cold/sloppy/greasy. Occasionally you'll get a McDouble that has about two tablespoons of rehydrated onions, and not muchelse. The customer service is absolutely dismal. I'm never, ever going to purchase anything from this McDonald's locationagain. *If I could give negative stars, you bet they would get full negative starts.* Read more
just waited over 20 mins for 3 mc chickens. i get home and there hot and spicy mc chickens.. the 2 women that helped me today... kept losing track of the orders.. one of them even asked if i had reg or hot and i said regular. please take the time and driveto a different mcdonalds. Read more
Wish I could give no stars. I came into this location tonight about 10 minutes before they closed (at 11 pm) and the girl in the... front told me ?we close in 8 minutes? I thought they were open till 12 but didn?t have much gas so I decided to order anyway. Istart my order (of 4 items) and she proceeds to tell me they?re about to close again and says that everything will be made toorder. From the back the girl cooking starts complaining LOUDLY about how they?re about to close. I understand being tired butcome on it?s a Saturday night and I?m starving don?t take it out on me because you don?t like your job mind you there were like4 cars in the drive thru too . Every single time I go there sometimes the workers are getting into verbal altercations. Service use to be great. Past few months not so much. The short red headed "manager" is so rude and on multiple occasions. Today... in the drive thru guy says order when ready I proceed then he says hold on and 2 other people go ahead of me. Been going toMcClelland much better service. How you can't handle working at McDonald's is beyond me. Read more
11 pm I went to the drive thru and waited for someone to greet me. Unfortunately there was no one who was doing drive-through at... that time, we thought that maybe they?re closed. We took the hours and we still have an hour left, but since it seems like noone was there, we started to leave. As we drove by the windows, we saw a group of staff members just talking and hanging out. Iunderstand if you are short staffed or if you are closed or if the systems are down, but at least acknowledge people and letthem know what?s going on.
