I took my wife and friend to eat last Friday. It was busy; but it moved through the line fast. They have a more advanced app... that allows you to check in ahead of your visit and even texts you when your table is ready. If I have any complaints; theirneverending soup and bread is how they get ya when you order the endless pasta bowls... crafty. Giving the 4 star for service bc I ordered food for me and my girlfriend. It was great. Food. There was a mishap on the to go... order and everything wasn't in the bag when I got home. It was raining ad nasty and I drove a long way there just to pick it upand go home so I was kinda upset about it. But when I called and talked to Andrew I think the managers name was. Very friendlyand knows what he's doing. The irritation was gone and he made it more then right. In all I have to say the experience was agood one. If you’re traveling near Joplin by way of I-49 / I-44, the Hammond Blvd. Olive Garden is a good place to eat. This one is a... bit nicer than other locations. My wife and I stopped here a couple of times in the last few months and it was great both times.???? Read more

Olive Garden catered our wedding dinner and it was a great experience. We ordered 5 of the create your own pasta stations which... was supposed to feed 50. The ordering process on the phone went seamless. The food was ready at the pick-up time, and itincluded everything we asked for. The only thing we wished we would’ve asked for more of were plates. With salad and pastasome people did not keep their original plates to go get seconds and they gave us exactly 50, which wasn’t enough. Read more

We were seated immediately , 6pm Thursday night, server was prompt courteous, took our drink and appetizer order. Checked on... us again, we placed our orders and received appetizer and soon after our meals. Our server checked on our table multiple timesand overall a very positive meal/visit. Read more

The BEST experience at ANY restaurant in Joplin so far! I placed a to go order....I was offered a free tea or soda while I... waited on my order. My order didn't take 3 minutes and it was ready. The service was quick, the staff was super friendly andthis is the kind of service my husband and I have been looking for in Joplin for over a year now! One of the better Olive Gardens I’ve been to in my life. The server we had, Ishia, was friendly and attentive. She was serving... and tending bar and was focused on every customer. The food was great. First got, the lasagna fritta. I had the build your ownpasta with, rigatoni, five cheese marinara, and Italian sausage. Also, got a bottle of wine which I didn’t finish (keep inmind they’re the only restaurant in Joplin that does this), it was bagged and sealed and made legal for transport. Read more
