This is probably the worst run Panera I have had the misfortune of visiting. I have been in Paneras with three staff working... and those stores functioned 1,000 times better. At 8am the coffee was out, they had one register working and there was at least7 people working and a manager playing on her laptop. Needless to say I will not be visiting this location again. I got the iced coffee and it was pretty week. It has to be strong to be able to add ice. Disappointing. Great orange/ cranberry... muffin, yummy brioche breakfast sandwich and the yoghurt parfait was good but please offer low-fat. Read more
I absolutely love Panera! I would call myself a regular and I have not once had a bad experience here yet. I want to praise... Jeremy the team lead at Panera for his great customer service. He is always super nice and cheerful and honestly inspires me tobe better at my own job. My food has always came out in a timely manner and never has been wrong, tables are always clean forthe most part, and food is always tasty;) My only "complaint" is prices are for the most part always over $10 for one person toeat but as someone who works in the food industry we don't control the prices so it's understandable. I wasn't here but I was on video chat with my wife while she ate and she was extremely happy with the bread bowl and brownie. ... She was NOT however happy about the price. If you don't make 50k or more a year, stay away. Read more
