I did not eat here, I sat in the parking lot for almost 30 minutes to pick up an order, after waiting for the promised pickup... time I was quoted another 10 minutes (it took longer than that). While waiting I observed multiple employees handling food andkitchen equipment between scratching their backsides (one actually inside the pants), without ever stepping towards a sink.
