The pizza was good but the online ordering is totally messed up. I took 20 min on the online app and 5 on the phone.
I just ordered on Suburban terrace. I had cash for a tip instead of putting it on my credit card. The old man who dropped my... pizza off made a comment about me not tippng him. So the 10$ I had for his tip stayed in my pocket. It's rude to me to speak ofa tip. Bad customer service on his part the pizza wasn't even in my hands yet. His loss. Read more
Ordered on the app and chose contactless, waited till it was ready, then waited 10 more minutes after trying to call the store... multiple times getting a robot that sent me through the call center, finally managed to get ahold of the store, was told itd beout in a minute, waited 3 more minutes before someone came out and gave an order to someone else! Pizza was good, just not use to a pick up from Pizza Hut; I'm old school and like to dine in; especially on 100 degree days. ... Priced right as a special I was more than satisfied with my food. Plenty of parking, food was hot and ready when I arrived andthe salesperson friendly. Just would have liked a place to sit and enjoy instead of waiting to eat it. Read more
I tried the Edge Supreme with added pineapple. Couldn't hardly find any pineapple. Pizza was chopped up in tiny pieces.I hate... that. Order said 12 slices so I expected pie sliced. Whole pizza was covered in what I am guessing was Italian herbs . Who doesthat?!! Was almost $17.00!! I remember why I quit them years ago. Won't go back...ever! Read more
I was not that pleased with the 50 dollars worth of pizza hut mixed and matched pizza and bread sticks I got bit when I took it... back the next day, I got a full refund in like 4 days after but the management made up for that and gave me some free stuff, sonot that mad..lol Read more
