So with my horrible visit to burger King yesterday I wanted to tell everyone how much better my experience was at Sonic. I... pulled up to the window not knowing entirely what I wanted. Without any wait I began ordering a wacky pack kids meal. I thenasked price and what comes with it and I'm not sure who took my order but she was very knowledgeable about price and what camewith the wacky pack unlike burgers employees. Then after almost placing that order at last minute I changed my mind and ordereda pretzel twist and vanilla dish. Without hesitation it was changed. She had missed that I wanted chocolate on the ice cream andonly repeated myself once but again it was spontaneous on my part when I decided to change everything. Then I pulled up to thewindow and was greeting with a very friendly smile and face. At this time I did not know her name but I called back to find hername was Laquita. When she was about to hand me my food I asked to add on a fry again at last minute. She immediately advisedthe cooks and assisted me so quick with a smile. I paid. Then she gave me what I had already ordered. 1 minute later she washanding me my fries and I asked for ketchup. She said she had already put some in there and wished me to have a good day. Thistype of customer service you want to have anywhere. I was so pleased and had she not realized this made my day. I have beenswamped at work and dealing with a family fued at home. This totally changed my attitude for today. Food comment. The foodtasted great. Both the fries and pretzel twist were a tad bit to salty but usually expected at all fast food restaurants. Went May 21 around 11 pm and ordered a large strawberry limeade with extra lime. I went up to the window where she had said ?a... strawberry limeade with extra strawberry?? I said it was extra lime , she said ?oh yeah extra lime? , I over heard that they putextra strawberry not lime and I got my drink and parked in a spot. Tasted like the sprite was low on syrup and juststrawberries. I had things to do and I hate going back and saying the order was wrong. I didn?t taste any if any lime. And whenI got home I checked and there?s no lime at all. :( very sad Read more
Love the happy hour. The drive through is quick but they always seem to mess up our order. Kids play area is nice.

We stopped by for lunch to use some Christmas gift cards. Our food was decent, especially compared to other local Sonics. My... son always gets a grilled cheese and it was hot at actually cooked correctly, something that is a frequent problem at otherlocations. I ordered a little slider and it wasnt as hot as I prefer but it was good, the bun was very good. Our car batterydied while we were sitting in the stall eating. My husband notified a car hop and asked if a manager could come out to give usa jump. Another customer overheard and offered to help, but the car hop was super nice, even offered to give us a jump herselfif need be. Read more
