This location is usually great, fresh food and friendly service. However, today the lady working was just plain rude and ruined... the whole experience there. Cassidy I believe was her name (if the had name tags on their uniforms instead of the side of a hatidentification would be easier) was just rude. It is pretty much fast food, but it is a clean and presentable with good food. Speed, quality, and friendliness vary by worker,... same as all fast food. That said I have yet to experience a rude worker here. Read more

Picked this location to order from when the 7th and Maiden location made our order incorrectly a few weeks back, resulting in... having to go back in to get them remade. I'm talking the sauces for both sandwiches were mismatched, the bread was wrong for oneand some ingredients were straight up missing. Order was corrected but I chose a new location, this one, in hopes of betterresults the first time. While our order was correct, they were packaged so poorly in the white wrapping and the logo wrap thatthe ends of the sandwiches were exposed and ingredients were falling out into the bag. Not sure if I care to try again anywhereat this point. I'll mention both orders were submitted online via the app, so it's hard for me to understand how the ingredientscan be wrong when they are written vs. having to understand a person over the counter.
