If zero stars was an option, I would put that. I waited 45+ minutes for 5 items. People in the drive thru were getting their... food before anyone else inside. The employees wouldn?t tell anyone how long it would be. Extremely disrespectful employees.Employees were laughing about it. Another customer asked for the manager and the lady said she was manager. She said shecouldn?t give out her name. What manager can?t give out their name? I?m extremely disappointed and definitely won?t be back fora long time. I don't ever leave reviews but man! This taco bell is terrible. Had issues with pick up at this location before but today the... workers and manager insisted they didn't have my pick up order after I showed them the mobile receipt, pick up location, andconfirmation email. After 20 minutes of them telling me they didn't have my order, they asked what was in my order and found ithad has in fact been made but told me that I had put it under a different name (not sure why I would do that as I have one name,am one person, and don't know anyone by the name they told me it was under). So I spent twenty minutes being talked to like Iwas stupid all for cold tacos that consisted of potatoes so hard they were practically inedible. So please, save yourself thetrouble and go to the Taco Bell on 7th street. Read more

Half the time the lines so long from lack of or absence of service I don't even bother. The other half the time I'm waiting for... 35 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. Fast food? Laughable. Read more
