Drive thru after midnight with the munchies. Cameron D refused to give me extra cream in my large mango whip freeze because... "there is no button for it." So, I refused to get that drink, "Then, I don't want it," I said. I would've tipped nicely too forthe huge inconvenience she made it out to be. Instead it was a stare down at the second window as I paid then waited for my mealthen asked for my receipt which she also made a big deal of getting for me. Taco Bell. The worst taco bell ever. Management and employee's are not good. When an order is wrong they don't want to replace. They will... hang up on you when you call and want it replaced. I was hung up on at least 9 times by the employee's. I was told to call backMonday when the general manager was there. I just wanted my order to be replaced for what I ordered. Always have a long wait on Friday and Saturday nights in the drive thru. 45 to 60 mins. Food is always hot,tasty, and accurate.... Staff has a friendly attitude. Read more
I was there yesterday at lunchtime, there was a line wrapped all the way around the building, inside there was at least 5... people waiting for food. Immediately when I ordered they said a 15 minute wait because they were training someone. There was 6people on the pack line 3 on the window all of them just standing there. I myself work fast food and understand busy, but thiswas ridiculous no one was doing anything but complaining about how busy it was. The inside of the store was dirty and theemployees were rude. My suggestion is fire the whole crew start over and properly train your employees. There is no reason towait 15 minutes for boil in bag food. Read more
The service is friendly and accurate, but if you're picking up a mobile order or third party delivery, they don't start... preparing the order until someone comes in to pick it up. Sometimes during the day now mobile orders are ready for pickup whenyou get there, and the staff are friendly. At night however they will lock the lobby doors early if they are getting too manyorders, and the less friendly staff may mock you for having to sit in drive thru for 40 minutes to an hour to pick up a mobileor delivery order. Was absolutely the worst Taco Bell I never been to or any restaurant for that fact. The really heavy set girl at the car order... on the intercom was rude snobby not professional and I asked at the window for sauce she says okay then brings our food & thenclosed window instantly. Look in the bag for sauce was none now I'm way better I flash a flashlight at her and she ignores usfor about 5 minutes we're sitting in the Drive-Thru then I lightly tap once on the window seal with my flashlight. Is it in allthe sudden she opens the window and for sister tell me not to have on the window if she's busy and I have to can I get my sauceand then she went to telling me again I don't need to be tapping on the window I told her I've tried getting your attention beenhere for 5 minutes then she gets another guy who's even worse try to explain don't touch the window and tells me I need to leavehis parking lot and I ain't getting no sauce Read more
Flavor was good. Service was friendly and polite. However it was very slow. I think they had some newer staff. I am... confident they will speed up... I can't go above 3 because the wrap was hardly anything but a shell with a taste of food inside. Read more
I specifically asked for absolutely no sour cream and they not only put S.Cream on my Nachos they added extra. Once i noticed it... i brought it up to a worker and they got an attitude about now having to make it again. I stated that if it were made correctlythe first time they wouldn't have to make it again. On my way back to my seat i heard the young lady tell someone else to makeit because she doesnt want to " deal with that man again!".
