Ordered the new Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich. Was super excited about this as driving thru and seeing advertising signs... saying extra sauce not needed. It looks GREAT on their signs. Concept sandwich was good, a spoonful of marinara was a HUGEdisappointment! Drove 3 minutes back to my work and bun was dry with a 1" spot of red where very little marinara was put. Signs show it dripping down the whole sandwich, definitely not the case. New peppermint frosty was a letdown as well. Almost apink vanilla, very faint peppermint taste. Fries were the best part since they guarantee them now. VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR A$13+ MEAL! Read more
There was egg shells in the egg sandwich, got that replaced then the next one had hair on in it, I took that sandwich up there... and the manager was cussing in front of me. One of the worst experience's I've had in a long time. Extremely dissatisfied. Read more
15 minutes or longer in the drive through. Pub Burger was trash and cold. One of those looks good on the picture kinda things.... Fries that they guarantee are the best, Mid. My ice cold coke was the only thing edible. Wife had baconator... 28 bucks fordisappointment. Read more
Waited 20 mins for a junior bacon chicken. When I finally got my order it was cold and there were chicken nuggets in my bag. Not... complaining about the free nuggets. The service was slow and crappie. Employees acted like they didn't want to do there job.Slow,slow,slow terrible service. I will not go back to this Wendy's!!!!! Read more
Great service great quality food even though the staff had been out of common things like straws,etc cuz truck hadn't arrived in... two days and they had a three person crew working inside wife and I will always choose Wendy's over the competition in the areabecause the service and the food quality!! We went in for a small bite to eat. The staff was kind of "standoffish" it seemed. On e we started a conversation with the young... lady that took our order we found her to be very friendly. I complemented her ear rings and she took them off so I could seethem better. Our order was filled quickly and tasted great. Read more
