Went for the first time the night/am Nov. 16/17: Where do I start? Karaoke: amazing! Loved it when the young man whipped out the... electric guitar; you can see the passion and talent. Bartender: super polite and sweet!! I hope she shall be on shift when I goback :) Enviroment: there was no brawls; no hostility. I saw Family. The owner was bartending, can't beat that. Nice crowd. Good drinks. Cold beer. She said we were the 1st Rout 66 folks she has... met this year. If you are on Route 66 and staying overnight in Joplin, then you must stop by for a drink and say hi. Read more
Fun bar with a good mixed age crowd with friendly bartenders. They have karaoke plus pool. There is also a back patio area... where smoking is allowed which they also have live music out there from time to time. Pretty lively place. Read more
If you like karaoke bars and you're near downtown, Joplin, check this place out, you won't be disappointed. It's convenient, and... the service is good. My complaints are with the sound equipment, and obsessive noise level and excessive crowding of groupsaround all the doorways and no one at any of the tables. It makes it an uncomfortable place to be for me. Especially as thepeople get more drunk and just stand there in your way and apologize profusely for being in your way then take another drink andturn around and remain in your way. By the way, if you tap their shoulder and politely ask them to move again, the same thinghappens. It's sad because the location isn't bad and the service and drink selection is great, but the environment or atmosphereis not so good. Read more
