1st off, to be honest, I was already expecting a difficult visit as soon as I saw that only the drive thru was open due to... renovations/construction on the building. Normally I would go inside to make sure that I was clear with my order and everythingwas correct ( since I had a coupon, and someone else was with me paying separately, who also had a coupon.) It's my fault forassuming the worst. I have to say that both myself and my passenger were so impressed with the customer service, that I had topost this review, and he told the employee that he gave us extraordinary customer service and thanked him profusely. Thisemployee, was ***VICTOR.*** Much to our surprise when we pulled around to be greeted by the face behind the voice, he was ayoung man. Nowadays if I'm being honest, customer service has seriously diminished into mediocre at best, and many times peopleare even apathetic or just plain rude. I hate to say it, but SOME of the young people today can be very rude and downrightdisprectful. VICTOR was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He made everything so simple, and never made us feel like we wereinconveniencing him or being bothersome. He kept a wonderful, friendly smile, and from the very beginning until the very lastmoment, he remained focused, professional, yet extremely friendly and helpful. He definitely portrayed fantastic leadershipqualities, and fulfilled his role quickly and very efficiently. I will definitely return to Joppa Farm Road Wendy's in Joppa,just based on our experience with VICTOR. Thank you for your exemplary service, and making our visit perfect. The food was alsohot, accurate, and delicious. We had the spicy chicken sandwiches, fries, and drinks, and there were no complaints orleftovers. Super job Wendy's for hiring VICTOR. Came here for breakfast and dined in. First time having breakfast at Wendy?s. Food was good and what you would expect from a... Wendy?s. The French toast sticks were amazing, better than Burger King since it was more like sliced up French toast. Definitelyrecommend. Read more
Initially I gave a 4 star rating because the manager there really went above and beyond to help fix an issue. However, I'm now... changing it to 1 star. The staff told the dasher that they see our order (fiance made it a small one because of what time it is)but refuse to make it because there at only 2 people working. Also let him know they weren't making any orders. They then closedthe window and locked it saying they decided to close early. They wouldn't even cancel our order on their end. This is 8-13-22when the order was placed, it was refused, and Im leaving this review. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior by people whowork customer service. You guys are open until midnight. This experience is only second to the last 2 times I tried to ordertaco bell. Read more
Charged $.99 for extra sauce on hot honey chicken sandwich, and then they gave me the wrong sandwich. I guess now you need to... unwrap your sandwich and inspect it, before you pull out of the drive-thru, instead of just checking the bag. Read more
We Went to Wendy's in Joppatowne Maryland I went through the Drive thru and had ordered a cheese burger kids meal, a Dave's... double no cheese or pickles medium meal, a jr cheeseburger deluxe and 6 piece nuggets. The cashier was really nice andrespectful after we got our food I checked and it looked like we had everything went I got the food home 10 mins later wenoticed many mistakes. 1 the cheese burger kids meal burger was dry and over cooked looked the texture felt like it had beencooked a day before and reheated, the jr cheeseburger deluxe looked the same as the kids meal burger with how it was cooked. The Dave's double with no cheese no pickles I ordered ended up being daves single with cheese and the.cooks put the wrong burgerpatty on the burger, the burger patty that was put on my Dave's burger was the same tiny burger you get in the kids meal alsowas way over cooked and didn't even fit the bun. This is not the first time we have had issues with this location they havehave a history of forgetting or messing up food orders. This was the 7th time our order was not up to speck. We stopped usingthe location for over a year they had gotten better but have slipped back into the old ways. I did try to call the store totalk to a manager since what we paid for did not reflect what we got but no one answered the phone at all. We have given themmany chances I would highly advise to go to the Edgewood or Abingdon locations they are prone to less mistakes at thoselocations. I hate leaving negative reviews for location and I will give multiple chances to a point and I really was notimpressed today with the products we received it was not worth the money we paid for the food. Stopped on my way to work and ordered a summer strawberry chicken salad and there was no chicken on it? Strawberries had dark... spots and were almost rotten. Wasted my $10 for lunch and didn't realize the mistakes until I was at work 20 miles away. Disappointing. Read more
