Pull up to the drive through someone answers to talk my order. Order an ice cream and then told they are short staffed so... Baskins robins is closed today. This spot on Route 40 Joppatown has the worst service and never have anything you order. Thereis not one customer in the building or in the drive through line. This doesn?t even deserve 1 star. Absolutely terrible experience and awful customer service. I went into the drive thru at 8:40 PM to order ice cream and got told... that they closed at 9:00 PM. When I pointed out that it's 20 minutes to close and I'm just ordering ice cream, I was told thatBaskin apparently closes at 8:30 but Dunkin is open until 9. So you mean you're unwillingly to scoop ice cream, but you're happyto sell me stale donuts that you're minutes away from literally throwing out? This place is a joke. Read more
We went there at 6:50pm on a Saturday and the lobby was closed, early but ok whatever. Then we go through the drive through and... I ask for a brownie sundae and they tell me they don?t do brownie sundaes it?s only make your own. Ok how do I make my ownsundae if you don?t even do sundaes?????? Cake cone was just laying out on top of a machine exposed to the elements and was EXTREMELY stale!!! They are receiving 2 stars... only because of their selection of ice cream and dessert products... But I got a mint chocolate chip cone and the ice creamwasn't very good... It was full of ice chunks and the cone was inedible due to the fact that it was extremely old and stale.It's literally a quarter of a mile from my house and I'm pretty sure i won't be visiting there ever again. I ordered a milk shake. It was the worsed milk shake. It was like soup and the almond chunks where so big that I could not drink... it with a straw. No wonder that this young Indian girl was done so fast. She hardly mixed it. Can someone show here how to makea proper milk shake! This shake was such a turn off. Read more
If baskin robbins is no longer apart of the store then it shouldn?t be advertised online or on the sign outside.
