Found a shell in my seafood burrito. Was basically told that I lied and the chef said it was impossible to happen. It occurred,... I didn't show them to get my entree for free. Awesome! Great food, good portions, lots of options, cold "beverages", very clean, loved the server. I go here whenever I hike... near by for some street tacos and a cold beer. But would be great for date night, or family lunch. Read more

My family selected LA Tolteca as our Sunday night dinner option. We were not disappointed! We arrived around 5pm and were seated... immediately. It was fairly empty. We all ordered something different so that we could eat off of one another's plate. The foodcame out piping hot in less than 10 minutes and it was ridiculously delicious!! First time visiting La Tolteca and definitely not the last. The atmosphere is lively and inviting. The staff is super friendly... and outgoing from the second you enter the restaurant to the moment you leave. The food is absolutely delicious. The hardestpart about visiting is deciding what to get. The portions are large so make sure you bring your appetite. I highly recommendthe jalapeño poppers. The grilled shrimp burrito is humongous and filled with big shrimp as is the grilled shrimp quesadilla.The Beef Steak Ranchero is a very big dish! All of our food was perfectly prepared and hot.
