The service and the food we're out standing! We tried the catfish, baked chicken, shimp pies, red beans and rice, and some side... dishes, and everything was great! If you are local and haven't tried this place, you really should! You won't be disappointed. Read more
Very disappointed with my first order from this establishment. I paid $21 for a large Gumbo and a large Jambalaya. The portion... sizes are NOT worth $10 each as they are extremely small for the asking price. As for the taste, the Gumbo had a very tastyroux. The taste of the Jambalaya was very underwhelming. Very little celery, green pepper, tomato and onion. Also, the dishis advertised as being "spicy". Unfortunately, this dish was extremly under seasoned and by no means "spicy" at all. Tuesday night I went in we got two shrimp Po boy!!! Wow! Is all I can say. Today, I stopped back in and got the catfish po boy... and Jambalaya. I was a little nervous at first getting the catfish.
