This is by far the worst McDonalds I?ve ever been to. There is never ice in the ice machine, no lids for the cups, garbage and... wrappers all over the counter, a ton of people behind the counter (some in regular street clothes). No clean tables, floor wasincredibly sticky. When we got our food, we were missing items and none of it was hot. The employees that work here really don?tcare about the appearance of the store or the quality of service customers get. Just avoid this McDonald?s. Trust me! Read more
I normally don?t write bad reviews, but I feel this needed to be shared. This store is very unsanitary. None of the tables are... cleaned. My friend and I had to sit at the ?cleanest? dirty table. Nothing is being swept up and there?s garbage everywhere. Iordered a 10 piece mcnugget and my fries and nuggets we cold. Very dissatisfied. Never coming to this McDonalds again. :( Read more
Someone has to get a rag, mop and dust pan!!! The ENTIRE dining room needs to be cleaned. Every table was dirty including the... drink station and floor!! I wish I could post a video so you could see for yourself. Not too busy here either. I think theycan spare one employee to straighten things up so I don?t have to eat surrounded in trash. Read more
If you want fast food in Jordan MN do not go to McDonald's. The cashier could not count and tried to short us $10. We ordered... egg McMuffin with no cheese. They asked twice and we confirmed,, had us park in the lot and then still made our order wrong.Fast food is marginal food at best but when it is not fast why bother. Read more
Bought fries and they were hot and fresh but they were half empty. Literally. It's not hard to notice when stuff is this empty.... This is not the first time I've had this problem here either. Read more
I would have given 5 stars because the people were very friendly but I am knocking it down 1 star because on the way in the... dining room the person in the white shirt was training in a new person. No problem, I gave the new person slack because he wasnew and I know he is just learning. He did very well with my order. Everything was correct. The food was good. It was a bigbreakfast. I told the person in the white shirt that my cane had just slipped on the floor coming in to the restaurant by thesecond entrance door. My cane slipped out so fast from underneath me that thank God that I was able to grab the door handle ofthe second door and I was able not to land on the floor. Either she did not understand me what I had just told her or she didnot care. I do not know which. I hope that it was the first. They never did check out the floor to see what the possible causewas. 14.00 meal. Fries over done and barely warm. Burger just thrown together sloppily. We came in around 1:30 so past the lunch... hour. 8 + people working. Thats what I counted up front. Maybe my hamburger and fries wouldn't cost so much if there weren'textra people standing around and goofing off. A good manager should be able to see this. McDonald's has always been mediocre food but now that prices have gone up it's hard to go pick up fast food knowing your order... will probably be incorrect if you make any changes. They charge way too much for the slightest changes and for some reason can'tseem to stack circles on top of each other. Basic block building most learn at the age of 3 somehow got away from these cooks.??????? Read more
