Everyone is really friendly. The only issue is that for some reason the lettuce tastes funny. We had it one time and we thought... it was a one time thing but we have been there a few times and it seems that it is always like that with an 'off' taste.Otherwise everyone's friendly. Read more

This location closes early all the time and does not update their hours in the Taco Bell app or online. Be forewarned that if... you order through their app before the listed closing one and arrive before their listed closing time, they could be closed eventhough your order went through. Seems like the franchise owner should fix this issue as driving 15 minutes just to find out theyclosed early is frustrating. Has happened several times. Other than that issue, staff is friendly and food is good. Frequentmissing or incorrect items are also issues. Read more

App charged me twice for this location to never receive the order. Fine. Not their fault. Guy at the drive thru gave nothing but... attitude about the whole situation and then put someone else at the window to deal with the complaint because I was beingcharged a 3rd time. We placed an order through the app. Somehow the app charged us twice. We called the store and were told one of the charges... should drop off when we didn't pick up the 2nd order. Okay, fine. When we arrived to pick up our food, we were told that theyhad no record of our order and that we would have to pay a 3rd time (even though I'd already spoken with them about the order).They made us get back in line and place the entire order from scratch and had a really horrible attitude the entire time.Apparently there was no manager we could talk to in order to sort this out, instead we had a kid with bad attitude when keptdirecting us to 1800 TACO BELL with no intention of fixing anything for us. We will drive the 15 extra minutes to avoid thislocation going forward. Read more

Serious staffing issues that result in either extremely long waits or erratic hours not true to what?s posted. Just left the... drive thru for the third time after being told they were closing two hours early and couldn?t serve me. This will stay one staruntil they can figure out their staffing issues (maybe they should PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES MORE). Edit: tried to give it anotherchance. This time they?re completely out of rice.
