Don?t know what?s happened with the Burger King in Joshua but it has gone down hill. Can?t order off app and workers get it... right. The lady Alejandra was very rude and didn?t want to help at all. They fixed whatever problem they had in the kitchen where it took 40 minutes to get your food. now, even when the fryers are off... and they have to make your food fresh, it's never longer than 15 minutes. Read more
The service was fast, but their was no one coming in. The thing I didn't like was. The place needed to be cleaned. All the... tables was dirty. The drank counter needed to be cleaned and restocked. The dinning area looks like has not been cleaned insometime. It needed to be swiped and mopped. They had the time to clean. Now I'm beginning to see why they took our BK from Cleburne, Because ALL Bk's are BAD NOW... My first time I've been to this... Joshua one and I walked in and stood at the counter and nobody came to take my order, awhile longer a young kid looked like hewas 15, came to the counter and said be right with you. a female Took my order, I sat down and was eating, this was at noon(Lunchtime), you would think this is there busy time? So an employee goes and takes a break to eat her salad. The drive thru waspretty busy, then the inside started getting busy and she just sat there done with her salad on her phone, Texing. REALLY. This is the 3rd time ive been to this store to get my order wrong once again. Each time i say NO TOMATOS NO PICKLES. everytime i... open my burger when i get home what do i see? I have given this fast food place another chance after watching it go from a top notch new BK to a vindictive kitchen crew doing... the exact opposite of what a guest requested. BK used to be notorious for giving the guest what they ask for. Now if a specialrequest is given, someone back in the kitchen line feels they should teach the guest a lesson for making a special request.Angered by the quality of my 4 extra crispy bacon cheese burgers once I got home to enjoy them. The person taking my money eventold me my order back to me. Why would you put 8 fatty near raw pieces of bacon on 4 sandwiches that were clearly requested tobe crispy and well cooked?
