Ordered a McRib and medium fries. Had ordered on my the app and was asked to pull up. Got my receipt and pulled up to the pickup... window. From here was asked to pull into the first parking spot and they would bring my my food. Only took a few minutes andfood was fresh. Only issue was I asked the employee if there was catchup on the bag and he said ?there should be? and took off.There was not, should have looked. Others the. That good experience. Read more
Seems to always have friendly and professional staff . Not like the other McDonald?s you see around here. Good service and... always seem to have both drive thru menus open and ready to serve you. The only reason I gave three stars is because I gave 5 after they opened. They had a great crew that was well trained for being... new and always spoke said thank you etc.. It continued that way but slowly changed, don\'t know if management changed or whatbut employees are not as well trained. At least the food stayed good until today. I ordered a fish fillet, fries and cookieswith nobody in line. Was asked to park for about 5 minutes. Could not tell what they had to cook, never had bad fries from aMcDonald\'s but these where old and cold, cookies where not warm, fish was luke warm cheese wasn\'t melted so what did I wait tocook? I\'m guessing fish but if so wasn\'t cooked well or not hot enough to melt cheese. Will still be a place I go becauseit\'s the first bad experience but has been slowly getting worse. Imma give them a 5 star review because staff that has served me has been absolutely fantastic every time. I have, thankfully,... never needed to deal with management so I can\'t comment, but those I have dealt with have given 110% when it comes tofriendliness, which seems to be a dying art in the ways of customer service jobs. Stop here at least once a week to get something to eat when taking my friend into work in Burleson. I use the app to order, and... always go through the drive thru. Always extremely quick and never have a issue with incorrect items on my order. Staff isextremely friendly and the location is easy to get in and out of. Read more
