This was my third attempt at this Panda Express and it was just as awful as the first two. I ordered ahead so my food would be... ready when I arrived to the store. Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before I was even able to tell them I was there to pickup an online order, when I get to the window the lady tells me I have to pull around. I go around to the front and sit foranother 15 minutes before I go inside to figure out what?s going on. The lady fixing the plates comes up and asks me what I needand I tell her I?ve now been waiting 20 minutes for my food with no explanation and she tells me that I?m exaggerating andthey?re almost done fixing it. She goes over and begins making my plate (that she said was almost ready) and waits to put onescoop of broccoli in the box, which is apparently what I waited 20 minutes for. She threw my food in a bag and tossed it acrossthe counter and walked away, refusing to look at me or tell me to have a good day or anything. I work in food service myself,I?m no stranger to having to wait for food to be cooked or having a ?difficult? customer, but the lack of communication andattitude from this employee was really appalling. This location is a lot more convenient for me but I?ll go back to orderingfrom Burleson and making that drive for better customer service. Read more
Pulled up and waited. No one there, school bus pulls up to the front so I ask the drive thru if I can order before all the kids... eat the food. They tell me one minute. I try every few minutes for the next 10 sitting alone in their drive thru. No one around.When they come back on they tell me there is a 15 minute wait for nearly every item because of all the people that just came in.The lady and guy I was talking with were so rude. I?m running solo with the kids tonight while my wife works. I ended updefeated and just left. Ended up at McDonald?s. Love Panda but this is several times I have tried to eat here and alwayssomething. Going to Burleson panda going forward or just somewhere else. No one is ever here because of the service. Hope theycan figure out how to get it together soon or they will be out of business right off the bat and it will be the customer servicethat was a direct result. Wish you the best but I?m done. This Panda has been getting better in recent weeks, compared to where they were when they first opened. I have had a couple... times where I had to wait for a few minutes for what I wanted to finish cooking. Not that I am complaining I prefer it freshover the barely warm last in the pan teriyaki chicken that I did get today. In all my visits it would seem the orange chicken ismost consistently fresh and hot. Read more
I miss the cups of sauce. They give u two packets w/ meal. That don't match up to two of the cups. Some of us like Xtra... sauce.... Read more
Pretty quick taking our order at the drive thru, and even offered offered suggestion to save money when ordering rice as a side... to one of our plates instead of ordering it as a stand alone. Food came quicker than I thought it would, Considering the size ofour order, and was delicious. Read more
The portion of a bowl was less than a kids menu. The cashier ignored my complaint and the manager pretended he not hear me.
I've only ever experienced excellent customer service from this location. I've only been through the drive-thru at dinner time... though, so I cant speak for lunch time complaints. In addition, they are the only location I've found in a couple of years thatwill still make the Sweetfire Chicken entree that was cut from their regular menu. I will say that I've had to wait each time bypulling around and parking out front, but the wait is never more than 10 minutes or so, the food is hot and fresh, and theemployees that bring it out are always friendly. In a world with labor shortages everywhere and supply chain issues all around,this location gives me more than enough to appreciate. Read more
