We got our cheese pizza to go. We were told it?d be ready in 20 min so we came back in 20 min. We drove less than 10 min home... and it was already cool. I didn?t necessarily think it was a big deal, but I expect a to go pizza to be hot when we get it, notcool. That?s the only reason I?m not giving them 5 stars. Great pie! Customer service was very accommodating. The two of us surprisingly finished off an entire 16" pie. We got a modified... Dean Martin pie with bacon and chorizo instead of Italian sausage. Just amazing. Simply one the best pizzas I've had. I can see why this is recommended highly by many travel guides when reading... on where to eat. The crust here is perfect for this style of pizza and with plenty of flavor on it's own. The toppings for theCaprese just spot on on how it should taste. Yes, that may not be basil but the substitution of their basil pesto wasgreat. Also, appreciate the fact I was asked if that substitute was OK before being done as they ran out of fresh basil for theevening. Will be back for another pie before leaving! Read more
