We got our cheese pizza to go. We were told it?d be ready in 20 min so we came back in 20 min. We drove less than 10 min home... and it was already cool. I didn?t necessarily think it was a big deal, but I expect a to go pizza to be hot when we get it, notcool. That?s the only reason I?m not giving them 5 stars. Great pie! Customer service was very accommodating. The two of us surprisingly finished off an entire 16" pie. We got a modified... Dean Martin pie with bacon and chorizo instead of Italian sausage. The restaurant layout and decor are bizarre, but don't letthat deter you from getting a great pie! Read more

Just amazing. Simply one the best pizzas I've had. I can see why this is recommended highly by many travel guides when reading... on where to eat. The crust here is perfect for this style of pizza and with plenty of flavor on it's own. The toppings for theCaprese just spot on on how it should taste. Yes, that may not be basil but the substitution of their basil pesto wasgreat. Also, appreciate the fact I was asked if that substitute was OK before being done as they ran out of fresh basil for theevening. Will be back for another pie before leaving! Read more

Pie for the People has a delicious, interesting vegan pizza that is no longer on the printed menu, but is quite good. It had... spinach, artichokes, caramelized onions, potatoes, garlic, sweet potatoes, and other goodies on it. We made the mistake ofordering on super bowl Sunday, so they were slammed and running over an hour behind their quoted times, but the staff wasworking really hard to churn out a huge number of orders. The cashier seemed unfamiliar with the menu items and prices andinitially rang up two $13 pizzas as $18 each. The restaurant did give us bigger pies than we ordered and paid for because thepizzas took about two hours (rather than the 40 minutes they had guessed). We ordered from Pie for the People! for our JT elopement. We told our planner that we wanted pizza and she sent us the menu to... make our selections. We were super impressed with the variety and everyone was able to choose what they wanted. The food wasamazing and hit the spot after a long afternoon taking photos in JTNP. My pizza was too burned to eat. I didn't know it until I returned home with it. It was past closing so I couldn't get another... one made, plus I live 45 minutes from the store. Additionally, I was told it would take 45 min to make the 2 pizzas and it tooknearly 2 hours. I reached out to management through their website and have not heard back. UPDATE: I'm very grateful for thekind and prompt response from the owner. I plan to contact him today and head up there tonight. Once I get my new pizzas, I willchange my review. UPDATE 8-10-21: Round 2 was excellent. 2 beautiful custom gluten free, vegan pizzas cooked great! Excellentcustomer service from employees and owner. Owner personally called to check in with us about a week after our replacementpizzas. Looking forward to returning. Read more
