I stopped in this morning for a travel break and to pick up some snacks. Grabbed a couple of packets of donuts, which were... marked 2/$4 and a drink. Went to check out and the cashier said the donuts were $2.50 each. I told her they were marked as2/$4. Another employee went over the check and came back and told her to sell them to me for the marked price. The cashierlooked at me and asked me if I wanted my money back? I responded yes, when then she looked at me and said, "I hate you.". Shethem proceeded to look at the other employee and tell her to go and pull all the tags in that area. She then cancelled myprevious purchase and rang the donuts up with the correct price. I thanked her and left. I have always had a great experienceat this location for the years I have been stopping here and was shocked at the way I was treated this trip. Not sure if I willstop there again. Read more
WHY????? Do the FREAKIN' Toilet Roll Dispensers HAVE TO be SO Close to the DIRTY Floor PLUS Right next to the commode???? Put it... UP to where people can conveniently get paper, without Dragging your knuckles (& paper) across the gross floor.. And tighten upthe Loose Seats!!! Read more
I stopped in there during a business trip. I should have taken some pictures. But didn't really think about it. It was a... pleasant experience. I had a subway sandwich, chips, drink & cookie ( combo meal) which was very good. the lady behind thecounter was helpful and courteous. got some fuel for the car. the prices are obviously still too high, but that's not thierfault. so overall it was a 4 star experience.. This may be the best Pilot I?ve ever been too and I love stopping here! The bathrooms smell the nicest of any truck stop I?ve... ever fueled at. The music selection is top-notch. The staff are so wonderful and attentive to all of your needs! The washbuckets on the fuel island even have soap, something that a lot of places seem to miss. Don?t stop being awesome! Read more
Very nice Pilot travel center service station. The staff is helpful and courteous. There are a lot of gas pumps. The parking... area has ample parking spaces and it is kept clean of debris. Prices in the store are reasonable. There is also a Subwaysandwich shop inside the main store. There is an area with table and chairs, I liked that we were able to sit and enjoy ourmeal there. The restrooms are also kept clean. This was our ( my and my husband?s) first visit to this location, next time weare passing thru we will definitely come back to this Pilot location. We had breakfast at PJ Fresh located inside the Pilotstore. Read more
Could have been cleaner in the restroom. Customer Service was great from Amanda. Good selection of snacks and drinks.
Pilot is very popular for truckers and travelers! Showers available! A good selection of food to choose from???? Always the... cheapest gas right off the freeway! I love Pilot when I'm on the road! Very well kept and clean location ???? Read more
