I know people probably going to say I work there or a family member. Well, I'm neither. I moved here 4 months ago and food... isn't up to par. But, but this Burger King specifically went out of their way to make sure my food and experience was great. SoI'm very OCD about things and one of them is my food being soggy. I had asked the employees if they can separate the veggiesfrom the burger so I can do it myself when I get home. Well, they did. The food was packaged really nice, condiments in the bagand food was hot. I usually throw away my food when I get home due to the veggies making the bun soggy. But this BK was it forme. I came in today and there was a mistake with my order. The manager (Vanessa) took my order and was quick to resolve my issue,... she was very friendly and the remake was amazing. As a fast food manager myself, she checked all the boxes for what I?d look forin a manager, all smiles! People like this don?t get recognized nor paid enough for this work and I don?t think I?ve ever had abetter experience at BK! Thanks! Read more
I live near this Burger King and terrible experience after experience. If the food isn?t horrible, they?re rude over the mic or... in person. They seriously need customer service training here. The waits are always long for barely fresh food. I never haveissues going there before 8:00am. We barely have restaurants here anyway but go on post if you?re able to. If I could give nostar I would. I received the BEST service i?ve ever experienced in fast food in my life. Pierre & Yolanda gave me the best customer service... they were so nice and funny and made sure our food was FRESH and it was super fast. Shout out to them they were the best!! Terrible. Took 11 minutes for a small order to be ready. 2 whopper jrs and 2 small fries. They weren't even busy. No one else... came in while I waited, and only 2 cars went through drive through, but it took 11 minutes, while the crew had a fun time. Thenwhen I did get the food it was all cold. If it takes 11 minutes for the order, it should be completely fresh, but it clearlywasn't. It had all been obviously cooked long before and they hadn't even bothered to microwave the burger patties. Ridiculous.Will not ever go back even though they are right down the street from where I live. Go get something at the gas station nextdoor and microwave it. It will be much better. Read more
Took 4 times to get what we ordered. 2 fish sandwiches. And it still wasn't right. Just wanted tartar sauce. It was hot and... fresh. I just scooped the stuff off so they wouldn't have to throw more food away. I bet your wondering why I gave 5 stars...Well... We got our meal for free and everyone in there was so sweet and didn't make me feel it was my fault my food was wrong.Which has happened to me before. Such great service. Read more
Slow, waited for food and wasn't busy, yet could have been making fresh due to slower time in day possibly from their norm.... However wasn't issue as food wasn't hardly warm would have been hot and bun was so burnt that couldn't eat it anyways. Madesick with heartburn after taking first couple bites to discover it was burnt to that degree. Let down this is usually a fav.Spot don't get to go out much due to treat basis, major disappointment. Hopefully redeemed in future visits to come ???? Thisparticular visit was completely bummer, tried something new for change and wish I would have just stuck with what I always get. Read more
I was at Burger King for lunch today and this man came in the store in a panic. Apparently he had lost a good chunk of change... and this employee found his money and gave it to management. He was very grateful and gave her a reward. There are still goodpeople in the world and one of them happens to work @BK. Read more
