I have to say that I don't think that I will be getting pizza from Papa John's again. First, I called my order in and could... barely understand the the person on the other end of the line. I would prefer to talk to someone that I don't have to keepasking to repeat themselves. Then after getting to the store to pick up my pizzas, there was only one person working, so therewas a 25 minute wait. I really don't think that after I had to wait for nearly half an hour, and having to pay nearly $40 for 2pizzas, Papa John's doesn't want my business. Read more

Totally forgot to take pics of order? because it was late, way past dinner time and we were so hungry!!!!! Believe me when I say... this was the best, freshest, hottest, tastiest, we?ll covered pizza we?ve had from Papa Johns franchise in quite sometime. I never order delivery from anywhere because I feel like I get fresher food when I pick it up. But we had no choice but to do... delivery tonight and PJ's definitely delivered tonight! What a terrible customer service. They really need to pay attention to what they are doing. They had the nerve to tell me... "opps", "oh well, can't do nothing about it". What about my correct pizza or a refund???? Horrible! They lost a customer! Iwould love to hear back from corporate on how their employees don't do their job correctly. Read more
I tried placing an order thru the app and received a notification that delivery was suddenly no longer available. Ended up... ordering through Uber eats and had a whole other set of issues and was told by the manager that I could place the order throughtheir system. Called the number which reroutes to a call center. The young lady who answered said she would connect me to thestore and was asked if I could hold. 10 minutes later, I hung up. Dominos it is.
