Theirs is pretty good pizza, but where they excel is customer service. I have ordered from them about once a month since moving... here a year ago and they have always gotten it right except once. However, they went above and beyond to make things right whenthey erred. That has won them a customer for life and made me write this review. Read more
This is the most recent experience and it will be the last. I live ten miles north of Junction City, I personally stopped coming... to this store long ago but occasionally my wife wants Abby's, so I bite the bullet and try again. This time was an attempt tocall in a pick-up order. I called and was immediately put on hold. Satbon hold for almost 5 minutes and then hung up on. Icalled back and the call taker - Michael- tried to pute on hold again. I stopped him and told him that he literally just hung upon me and he insisted that I needed to wait on hold again. I told him no and hung up. I'm not going to this store again. Fromnow on, if my wife wants Abby's, I'll b3 going to Eugene or Albany. The extra 40 minutes it costs me to not go to the junctioncity Abby's is worth it. I'm writing this while waiting for my order at the river road store. Read more
I ordered a pizza and salad for delivery last night and salad didn?t show up. Which is not a big deal, we just decided to call... and get a refund for that portion. Called and had a gentlemen answer and say he would need to put me on hold due to them beingbusy. Again, completely understandable, but then the phone disconnected. Called back 2 more times and it was answered butimmediately disconnected both times. There is no other way besides me driving down there to contact them. Ordered a taco pizza with no onions and extra sauce and not dark cooked. Got no onions but missing the chips and extra sauce.... And was over cooked. After waiting for an hour for delivery, was told they didn't know what happened to our pizza. Had to gopick it up and wasn't offered a discount or anything for the hassle. This is not the first time I've been through this sameissue. Thought we'd give them another chance. Overpriced for what you get! Read more

They seemed stressed. They were closing at 7:00 p.m. due to a staffing shortage. We went there looking to hang out. We were... informed that we needed to do take out. Overall still satisfied came home and had a nice Pizza dinner. Read more
Called in order, phone wait time was excessive. I was going to hang up & finally answered. Ordered both kinds of wings, combo... pizza & bread sticks. Way to much garlic on the bread sticks - couldn't eat and I love garlic. Pizza already tasted, felt andlooked like day old pizza. Grandkids came over & they ate it. The wings: were edible. I won't be back or recommend their food.Handicapped parking is hard to get out of. No turn room if spots are taken behind them. Vegetarian options were available,kiddie arcade area. Read more
