Horrible management and super rude also gave me cold fries. Ran by little highschoolers and for being in a small town they... should appreciate all the buisness they can get. Janessa is the worst manager and the other blonde manager backs up her poorbehavior. Will never be going back to this place and I live here. I waited for 20 minutes for 4 cheeseburgers. 2 of them were made wrong. The inside was a mess and when customer asked for a rag... to wipe down their table, the staff acted like it was the biggest inconvenience ever. I ended up leaving without my order. Read more
Only one drive through lane open, the lady taking our order (petite short woman with dark hair) was rude and incapable of... pushing the buttons for the order we requested (her words not mine). She would not let us order ice water stating we could onlyorder bottled water, with our meal and charged extra for the bottled water. And was extremely rude about it as well. When weasked if we could get a mcflurry she rudely replied that they can't make them. When we got our food (small order of 2 meals)they were missing the main burger of one meals. Food was warm and as fresh as you can get from McDonald's, and the guy at thewindow was polite enough. But that lady needs some serious training. Read more
It's alright. Customer service could be way better and they always seem to forget something... Ex. Napkins, or straw, or part of... the food you ordered... But if you just get one or two things then they usually include everything. Read more

First impressions, the place looks clean but before I order my food I visit the bathroom to wash my hands. The smell of Urine is... overpowering due to the owners stingyness in trying to save a penny in water. The owner need to turn up the flow of water on theurinal in order to wash properly. Second impression, the young man that took my order was very friendly and even offered to flipmy bill cause I wasn't finding my credit card in my wallet, but I did find. That was very kind of him, 5 stars for him. Thirdimpression, my large fries absolutely did not come close to what is presented in their menu. I took a picture of it. Compare itto what's on the billboard. Overall this MCDONALD needs improvement and Drive thru delay is outrageous. People get move even toparking spaces so the drive thru timer don't show the delay.
