I went in on a busy Tuesday night recently. I was told my order for two burgers would be 30-40 minutes. After an hour and... seeing people who ordered after I did get their food I went to check if I'd been called, my buzzer was broken, or what may havehappened they frantically said they were sorry and would have my food ready in 10 minutes. I walked back to my group and waited15 minutes and no buzz. I walked back and they seemed very frazzled looking for my order and found they misplaced the ticketunder a pan. They told me again it would be 10 minutes and I said I'd just wait right there at the window as I'd now waitedwell over what was acceptable. My order came up at 9 minutes and they offered a whimpy apology. Clearly they weren't organizedwhat-so-ever and in my opinion don't know how to run a business. Won't eat here again. Read more
