Friendly staff, pizzas are almost always made well, can be a bit slow sometimes. Not the fault of the JC building but the... automatic tipping on the app is unappreciated. I don't always want to put the tip on my CC but if you forget to remove it everytime you order it gets added. Something the company should look into removing or make it an opt in option instead of an opt out. Read more

The new store is nice, all the fixins laid out on display so customers can build their own pizza. However, being my first time... there, I noticed all the stand here dots on the floor but nothing directing me to a menu or even where to start the process.With six people behind the counter not one welcomed me or offered to assist.
