Walking in it's a midsize clean store. Small display of cups and mugs. The barista who took the order was fine. The barista who... made our drinks, was great. Funny little comment on my husband's football jersey to start a conversation that definitelylightened the stores vibes. The only petty negative I can say is our holiday mochas were a bit heavy on the peppermint. Aftereach drink it leaves a toothpaste mint tingle. Read more
i hate to sound like a karen but i just came into this store and asked for a ham and swiss panini, and i word for word said ?2... large caramel macchiatos iced with extra caramel drizzle and a few extra pumps of vanilla?. when we got to the window i doublechecked to make sure she got 2 drinks not just 1 because the order total was not as much as it was supposed to be. she didn?tget down two drinks, she only got one so she had to correct it, then she goes to hand us the drinks and they were hot. so i saidno those were iced, so she takes them back and remakes them, and when she comes back they are iced, but have NO caramel in them.like at all. i don?t know how it?s possible to mess up a drink order that much but wow that?s just hysterical. i?m a baristamyself and the people who work here clearly don?t know what they?re doing. and we also had to wait about 15 minutes in line whenit wasn?t busy at all, and they didn?t put the stickers on our drinks, probably because they knew they messed up. thisexperience makes me angry. $20 down the drain, i regret tipping you guys. It's okay. An alright place to meet someone for coffee. Consistent food/coffee if you like it.
Lots of great staff, very fast, and good customer service. If you get there early in Sunday you may catch the car club park and... show off for Coffee & Cool Cars. Read more
Jill and Lima were to busy talking over their headsets to notice me when I was getting my coffee. Never looked up or smiled and... she just pushed my drinks at me and didn?t say a word. Jill was the barista. Then I asked like 4 times for a drink carrier butshe was once again chatting about stuff over the headset to Lima. Then finally I got her attention and I said thank you twicewhen I left and she said nothing. I?m an ex barista, shift and assistant manager from Starbucks for 7 years and I was alwaystold connect with customers. Very dissatisfied and not worth paying $17 for coffee. Read more
please update business hours to reflect that this location is frequently drive-thru only. for those that enjoy the indoor cafe... experience or do not patronize drive thru's, this would be helpful to know. many thanks. Read more
