Taco Bell has definately improved in quality and taste. The prices are affordable. I am going yo eat there more often now!
The worst experience I've ever had at a taco bell, personally wouldn't say this if my food wasn't cold everytime I found a peice... of hair in my burrito tonight. I have an eating disorder so I kind of rely on the people who have a job are doing it actually????. Disgusted to say the least. Honestly for being a convenient fast food I have been very pleased with my orders, as I usually always have to special order for... what I like they've never gotten it wrong ever, I've also been happy with the customer service they give out. Read more
The drive through menu hasn't been updated in so long everything you order is out of stock. They give you the wrong size drinks... consistently and forget to put the sauce packets. If you call and ask what time they close they'll tell you midnight but they'llactually close at 10pm. Lousy management in my opinion. Read more
Slowest service in a drive through ive ever experienced... only 2 cars ahead of me. My order was waiting for me at the window... while i waited there to pay. Little quantity of beans and meat. Almost no chips. This is supposed to be a beefy melt burrito but more like a bean burrito... with mostly tortia. This was the third time this has happened. Ordered 2 Crunchwrap supremes and they were both terrible. Slightly burnt when they grilled them and they didn?t put any meat in... either one and barely any nacho cheese sauce. Girl at the drive through was rude but at least you could make the food right.Ended up with a burn Crunchwrap with just lettuce in it. Come on do better Read more
