Outrageously priced even for Juneau. We aren?t importing the seafood people. I suggest getting it together or end up closed all... year round.. I get it you like to trick tourists but so disrespectful to locals. Read more

Honestly - if I could give this place 6 stars I would! WOW! I wish I could eat here every day! Not only was the food some of the... best I have had in years, but the staff was friendly and fast. We were so impressed with how amazing everything about Tracy'sKing Crab Shack was, we didn't go on our excursion from the ship! We just sat there and enjoyed the setting, food and friendlypeople. Thank you so much for making our day special! (BTW - your food was much better than anything we got on the cruise. RoyalCaribbean could learn a thing or two from you.) Your shrimp were to die for and the Ceviche.... OMG - I'm drooling again rightnow just thinking about it! Read more

Fresh and authentic. Had snow crab and the crab bisque which was delicious. Much less crowded than then cruise dock location. ... Wish they gave wet napkins for the end of the meal. Read more

Arrived at 7:45pm just before closing time at 8pm. Family of three and got the combo with snow crab that comes with rolls, crab... chowder, four small crab cakes and 1 lb. of crab legs. We tried to order rice but they were all out at the end of the day. Wegot bonuses much more crab since it was the end of the day. Highly recommend. Server told us that she can?t tell the differencebetween red crab which is twice as much and the snow crab. Highly recommend! Read more

Unusual and delicious crab cake sandwich. I just thought I was going to sample some local crab. What I didn?t expect were... crabcakes with crab meat and slaw on top. There?s also a spicy sauce it?s not too spicy and adds a little zip to an incrediblesandwich. You can?t beat the view either. Read more

Even though they have two locations, if you want the real experience go to the further one away from the cruise ships.... Absolutely wonderful staff and more of a feeling of a real crab shack. As good an experience as a I had nine years ago. if thereis an afterlife I will be back. Read more

Great for tourist, not locals. Come here for lunch if you want to spend $$$. Nice atmosphere, eat outside, inside tent is hot... AF though. Military discount ( but not applied). I recommend the crab bisque ($10), a roll, and an Alaksa Amber beer. Nice, sweaty view. Read more

Loved every bite of this establishment. Fresh food, large quantities with excellent service. Mini crab cakes were excellent... along with the humongous crab legs. The crab bisque was to die for, bountiful chunks of crab fills every cup. Read more
