The bread on one of our sandwiches was all dried out and rock hard. The tuna salad was straight tuna not mixed with anything (ie... mayo) also dry. ordered 2xs mayo on tuna got reg. amount with the dryness of the bread and "tuna salad" it needed it. Anothersub was missing a sauce. I was asked to leave a survey. upon leaving that honest survey. I received an email from the managerstating he reviewed the video and the sauce was on it and the texture of the tuna looked right. Lesson? Don't order from Juneausubway they'll just ask you to take a survey then email you that your a liar! Randy Van Duser is his name customer service isdefinitely not his game. Read more
Great service and yummy food! they remember your order from before. Or I just might go there too often! LOL.
I called multiple times and my phone would say to put a one in front of the area code. I called about 5 times before it... worked(was not aware that the call was actuallygoing throug) , when she finally answered she took our order and asked for whenwe would be there. At that moment we were literally pulling up. I was going to let her know that the phone hadn't worked beforeand sorry for the late notice, but she completely cut me off and very rudely said that she had people in her store and was busy.Had she let me finish she would know that i wasn't complaining, i was going to inform her about the phone number. She was veryrude and i don't tolerate that behavior, i know people have bad days but as someone in retail i would never treat a customerlike that. Read more
After recently experiencing an appalling situation at a DIFFERENT subway. I will only visit this location in the future. I?ll... drive the 20 minutes to go here. I have yet to have any bad service or mobile orders screwed up. Read more
Dry bread that tastes like its day old and long wait for food that is already cooked. I wish Google had a no star... rating. Cousin's has better bread and service Shame on you Subway for not taking pride in what you do. Take the extra drive toBeaver dam for a real sub. Read more
Two workers were smoking out front with the door open and a carload of friends out front so went to order and both were just... giggling the whole time felt very awkward and was probably the worst sub I ever had won't be back there Read more
Food tasted the same even if it was thrown on the bread messier than usual. The things that bugs me is that the two young ladies... working did not wear hairnets/visors/hats even with shoulder length hair NOT pulled back. And i watched her on her phone prettymuch the whole time i was there and make costumers sandwiches after being on her phone without washing her hands. But yeah thefood tasted the same... Read more
