Drove past here but my foodie senses said turn around. And I've again it's never wrong. First off hands down the best fries... anywhere. The crisp on them??? ????????Everything from being hand cut, to the crisp and the extra seasoning they put on.Amazing. And the burgers?? I had passed by on a previous trip and de used to stop in this time. So glad I did! The food was flavourful and the portion... sizes were perfect. I had the regular burger which reminded me of my moms cooking - even wrapped in tin foil. Great spot to stop. Burgers, fries, poutine, cold soft drinks. Fae prices. Good quality. Tables in the shade. Has a washroom.... Good for big vehicles and trailers too, can drive in and out. Read more
What a great burger!!!! And the fries!!!!!! Stopped by on the way to a cottage and are we glad we did. Had the banquet burger... and it was probably one of the best burgers I have had. Nothing fancy just lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, bacon, ketchup andmustard. No fancy sauce or anything just a GREAT TASTING burger. We had a fresh cut fries-poutine which was also great. Nicegravy and perfect squeaky cheese...yum....we also got an order of dirty fries and those were great too. If your driving by Iwould highly suggest you stop and try them out. Read more
Stumbled upon the Burger Box last July on our way to Algonquin. We had the Box and the Tongue Burner burgers and a side of Dirty... Fries. Excellent burgers with delectable toppings. Plenty of parking and a few picnic benches to sit and enjoy some excellentroadside grub. Owner was sweet to offer our parched pet a bowl of water as well. Can't wait to visit again! Read more
We finally stopped in on our way home from camping and oh my god we are thinking why didn?t we stop sooner. My boyfriend and I... got the box burger with fries.
