Ordered chicken parm, penne Pollo and tiramisu! Everything was very disappointing, the chicken parm was way overcooked and pasta... was swimming in a bitter tomato sauce, the penne flavor was off and the tiramisu... Picture below! I was happy to see they had vegan options. Upon arriving I was told that the "V's" on the menu were vegan yet after reading... quickly realized that is no the case. They do however mark what's vegan by spelling out vegan next to the dish. I think theycould explore more for more dish options with vegan cheese since they use it on their vegan pizza. The service was bad but waslacking a bit in terms of checking in and drink refills. I can't say it was bad at all and would give it another try. Read more

Went here to eat and get drinks.we arrived at 6pm. We are regular customers and normally sit at the bar. The bar was full so we... sat at a high top in front of the bar. The server took our drink orders and delivered the drinks promptly. The problem was shenever asked if we wanted menus. We waited 30 minutes and another table sat down behind us and got menus right away. We decidedto leave. I told the manager and he apologized but offered no solution. Carmine's Coal Fired Pizza has a nice menu that has pretty much all you would want in a Italian cuisine restaurant and more. The... pizza is delicious and the deserts were really awesome!! We do wish they had small pizzas and that the crust was crispythroughout the entire crust but we still loved it and will be back to try more. So in love with this place! Ambience was so relaxing, quiet. Knowledgeable staff. We ordered their largest pizza, half pepperoni... & mushroom, half Hawaiian. And extra cheese of course. Soooo delish! Again, our waitress was so gracious, teaching us how tocheck when the time was right to actually serve our pizza! Do not forget dessert! Incredible options. My family and I party of four enjoyed our meal at Carmines coal fired Pizza for lunch this Sunday. The restaurant was fairly... empty, the service was wonderful. We were visited right away for our drink orders and ordered some garlic bread. Bread camewith a delicious pesto. We then ordered two pizzas shown in photos below. The pizzas had perfect crust. Margarita pizza had adelicious salty sweet flavor. Arugula pizza was also packed with a wonderful flavor. We will be back soon. Read more
