Good service. Server was very friendly, as was the manager. Food quality and quantity was lacking.
Mike, the manager, was extremely understanding and reasonable when I spoke to him about an issue I had with the Chili's website... (I ordered online and did curbside pickup, with a hidden $6 gratuity fee). He took my information down, ensured I would receivea refund to my card, and even went as far to say he would contact corporate to relay my issue and complaint. Oh, yeah, and thefood was great too. First time ordering from this location. Had a bad experience on take out 6 item order. Pizza was suppose to be cheese. But was... pepperoni. Salad has stale tortilla chips. The triple appetizer had honey Chipotle sauce all the bottom of the container. Whichgot sauce on my eggs roll (soggy) and cheese curds. The nachos were soggy and cut up individually. We had a great experience. The wait staff was informative, friendly and explained how to use the small device on the table. Also... got me signed up for the rewards. We ended up ordering the 3 item fajitas (streak, chicken and shrimp). They were all very tastyand flavorful. We will be coming back to this location when in town. Read more
