Calzone was advertised as "hot and ready", aka the only reason anyone would choose Little Caesars. So I ordered. Waited 15... minutes, guy asks "what did you have again?". Then I watch them go back and quickly make the thing from scratch and put it inthe oven. This is the last time i come to this location. There is always something wrong. Check your order before you leave your lucky to... get cheese on your pizza. I guess their breadsticks now are just a stick of bread with nothing on it. Read more
I don't know what they've done to their sauce??? I used to - if not really love, at least like this pizza. But now, every time I... eat it I'm left with a major attack of heartburn. This place has gone downhill. Used to love the Pizza Portal, but recently I'm alerted to my order being ready, I arrive and it's... still not ready. Today it looks like I'll be waiting over an hour to receive the po pizza that I ordered. I would have told themto just forget about my order, but since you prepay, I wasn't risking not getting my money back. Associates are heard arguingwith one another in the kitchen about lack of help. After sitting and waiting for almost 20 minutes, the cashier finally askswhat I ordered, and pulled it from the heat rack behind her. Don't plan on ordering from here again. Read more
The young lady that took my order definitely needs a lesson in customer service as her attitude is very standoffish and... off-putting (at least it was towards me). However, when a white male came back in to complain about his soggy pizza, she was allsmiles and accommodating. This customer was not nice to her either. Every customer should be treated nicely. I hope this younglady realizes that all money is green and she can lose her employer a lot of business with the mindset she has. Read more
They only had 2 hot and ready pizzas, luckily they were pepperoni and just what we when looking for. Friendly girls working made... the stop a good one. I just feel sorry for anyone Behind us because they would have had to wait for pizza and bread sticks Read more
Long time Waiting and the guy told that when he is busy he can't take care of costomer. A really bad experience.
