This place is real find! We came here for after dinner drinks. (We heard they had a phenomenal whiskey selection.... they did... NOT disappoint!) We didn't get a chance to eat. But will definitely be back after hearing the person next to us at the bar saythat it was the best stake he had in his life. Wow, wow, wow. If you haven’t been here, stop debating and just go. I have sampled the happy hour and dinner menu many many... times and it is outstanding. An absolutely fantastic happy hour. They have a great dish which really is tater tots that areyummy. Wagyu meatballs Ramen, very tasty, they cut millionaire bacon also delicious. Pretzels and beer cheese was better thanthe average. However, the coup de grace is definitely their sushi roll which you can get Tempura or not. The best sushi roll Ihave ever had (and I eat my fair share of sushi). Soooo here’s the insight you’ve all been waiting for. ?? Sushi? 10/10 wait time? 6/10 serivce? 9/10. They don’t have many... different sushi flavors for it being a sushi bar but I have tried only one flavor and it was absolutely astonishing. Read more

Slow but delicious Phenomenal wait staff (Dana was terrific) And really good drinks Clean bathrooms Updating- food is really... outstanding, but we finally found one thing that wasn't the best- their pretzel! It is frozen for sure. But the sauce was evenso good it made up for it! The food can be spicy, but they have such great flavors. It's still slow, but worth it. WOW...WOW...WOW!! The best tuna tataki I've ever had and again, I don't eat much meat. I quit for a long time in 2009 after... learning about the cruelty involved in factory farming. So once in a while I order meat and 9 times out of 10 it's awful! Buthere, at Nitrogen, the filet was mouth watering! So far, in all the places over the last 10 years I've tried meat, except forSpain, I was severely disappointed. And these were expensive, well known places!! Thought this was going to be an incredible “speakeasy style” spot but wow… an absolute train wreck. Very young hostess had... a KID with her, who followed her while she seated us. Haha, kinda cute but gave chuck-e-cheese vibes. Menus stuck to the tables.Waited almost 10 min to be greeted by a waitress. Sliders came out on time but it was about 25 min until we saw anything elsearrive. The buser looked lost half the time and we were trying to figure out if there was an actual adult that worked here.Writing this while still sitting here regretting my choice to eat out tonight…. I want to go home. Update. Sushi came outtempura roll is terrible…Don’t do it. Eel roll was redeeming (gave an extra star for that and the apologetic look on ourservers face every time she came over and saw us without our food).. the NY Strip had a charred exterior and I usually enjoythat but the steak itself was dry and tough.
