Placed an order at 6:28 pm which was supposed to arrive by 7:00 (30 mins) but supposedly said by 7:14 latest. Arrived at 7:30... pm. Order pepperoni meatball and peppers but got ham instead of pepperoni. This is how it looked when first opened it. Notacceptable. Called and the girl on the phone didn?t even apologize and wouldn?t say anything back to me but call for the managerand placed me on hold without even saying anything. Your customer service is trash and needs a little fixing. Papa johns step upyour game and fire these inconsiderate employees that don?t care about your customers. Will never order from here again. This Papa Johns location has long history, still here, still preparing pizza for Jupiter citizens. We order every week or two,... sometimes is very good, sometimes is good, sometimes the order is wrong, so please check what you are getting. The new app isshowing even as the pizza gets prepared, unfortunately after I recently picked my pizza the app was still insisting that pizzais being baked. Read more

I can see they had pretty reviews up until about 4 months ago and I can tell you that this is the absolute WORST pizza (if you... can call it that) I've ever had! NO Sauce and so little cheese that it really really tasted like cardboard I truly cannotdescribe how bad this food was. It's bad enough that I ordered it at 7 and got there at 7:50 to pick it up. The cashier was SOrude and said it wasn't ready yet, after 50 min??? Then after waiting 10 min, she pulled a box from under 5 other boxes andhanded it to me saying, "OOPS" I had to leave to meet my mother but please take my warning....GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Read more
My husband found not just one but multiple strands of hair in his pizza. When he called the store and asked to speak to the... manager, a female employee on the other end asked who was calling and put him on hold. A minute later came back and asked whyhe needed to speak to the manager and put him on hold again. Then came back and said we can send you more pizza. Never anapology or an offer for a refund. My husband insisted on a refund. The employee said we would receive a refund in 3-4 days. Wewill see how that goes. If i could I would give this store a zero for poor customer service and lack of proper food preparation.We will not be eating at this store location again. Read more
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS LOCATION IS extremely unprofessional i tried placing a delivery at 1:00am which they don't close... until 1:30 . this lady& guy left me on hold for more then 15 minutes was extremely rude telling me they don't deliver to alocation located in jupiter . which is 7 MINTUES away.
